Shop Sample Throw Quilt - Alice Feature 1

I designed this quilt in order to develop a pattern and curriculum for teaching beginning quilters several types of traditional quilt piecing styles and techniques, so it's heavily discounted as a shop sample.

The center block features a fussy-cut Alice in Wonderland [with braces :)] from Tula Pink's "Curiouser & Curioser" fabric line for Free Spirit Fabrics. Several other fabrics from that fun line are used. The background is a cream-on-cream large polka dot print. The backing is yellow with small pink polka dots, and the binding is a fuchsia and red stripe

Machine quilted with a simple, straight-line design in off-white thread. Batting is 100% cotton.

It's a 50" x 50" throw size, great for babies, kids or snuggling on the sofa.
